PAYMENT
What does pre-order mean? It's an order before the books are published. You are reserving the books and you have no obligation to purchase them. Pre-ordering gives you the lowest price and guarantees you'll get the books on publication. You will be asked to confirm and pay for your order before publication.
What are our payment terms? For 1-9 books we deliver after payment is received. For 10+ books we will deliver in advance of payment if you have provided a purchase order. This allows us to minimise administration and pass the savings to customers. See details of payment methods during checkout.
What payment methods do we accept? We accept payment by credit card and PayPal. If you're a school, you can also choose to pay by bank transfer or cheque when you checkout. You will then receive an email with a link to an invoice to pay.

DELIVERY
How much does delivery cost? Please see the delivery information on the product page.
How long do books take to deliver? Once we notify you that the books have been dispatched, delivery in the UK takes around 3 days. International delivery times vary. Please contact us for details.
Can I track deliveries? 1-3 books are sent in a package by Royal Mail 2nd class and are not tracked. 4+ books are sent by parcel service. You will get the tracking number when we notify you that your order is dispatched.
What happens if I don't receive the book? If you are not at home, you will receive a note to collect the package or re-arrange redelivery. If the book fails to arrive after a reasonable amount of time, please contact us. If books are returned to us as 'package not collected', we will redeliver the books. However, if the order is international, or for a UK order the books are returned for the second time, we will refund the cost of the books, minus the delivery charge.
DISCOUNTS
Is there a discount for small schools? For the Complete Mastery packs and digital versions of Practice Books, we offer a 50% discount to small schools. Please contact us.
Do you have other discounts? From time to time we have sale reductions and issue discount to customers who have already brought products. There is a limit of one discount per order.
GUARANTEE
Can I return products? There is a 30-day guarantee for physical books. We will refund the cost and you only pay the return postage. The books need to be received in their original condition. Please contact us to tell us you are returning your product. The return address is on the page. Unfortunately, digital products cannot be returned.
